Privacy Policy — Zico

What the app does

Zico is a personal assistant for your phone. With your permission it reads your notifications to write you a to-do list, tell you what you missed, warn you about scam messages and send a daily summary. When you ask it to do a task, it uses the Accessibility service to read the screen and tap and type for you, during that task only.

Kept only on your phone

• Notifications Zico reads, with codes, card and account numbers and passwords masked. They are deleted automatically after 14 days.
• To-dos, reminders, scam alerts, summaries and the log of what Zico did.
• Memory: things you ask Zico to remember, and notes it infers from your data (such as your active hours or spending pattern) with the evidence. You can delete any of them.
• Expenses read from bank and wallet notifications and messages (if you enable the SMS permission).
• Your AI key, and your Telegram and Notion tokens if you add them.

Stored copies of this data remain on your phone. Data needed to answer your request or extract tasks may be sent to an AI provider as described below. You can delete all of it in the app: "Activity & privacy" → "Delete all my data from this phone".

What is sent, and to whom

• The AI provider you choose (such as Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek or others), with your own key: your request, screen content during a task (visible text, sometimes a screenshot), and filtered batches of notifications so it can find your to-dos. It goes directly from your phone, does not pass through Zico's servers, and the provider's privacy policy applies.
• Zico AI (if you have not added your own AI key): your requests to Zico's AI (your message, the recent conversation, visible screen text needed during a task, only the phone data your question needs — for example a summary of your expenses if you ask about them — and filtered batches of notifications so it can find your to-dos; codes, card and account numbers are masked) pass through Zico's server to Cloudflare Workers AI to get a reply. They are not stored or logged; only a daily count of requests is kept. You can turn this off in the app with "Full privacy" (خصوصية كاملة); Zico then uses only on-phone features or your own key.
• Weather and prayer times (optional): an approximate location (two decimals, about 1 km) to MET Norway and Aladhan.
• Exchange rates: a public request to ExchangeRate-API with no data about you.
• Telegram, Notion or a webhook (optional): only what you see and approve, to the account or URL you added.
• Clipboard and screenshots: clipboard access follows your request. A screenshot you select, or a screen capture needed during a task you start, may be sent to your selected provider. Masking password-field text does not guarantee that secrets visible in images are hidden; avoid visual tasks on screens containing secrets.
• Zico's server stores only: your email if you sign in (or a guest account tied to the device identifier), the device identifier, the number of free tasks used, your subscription status and purchase identifiers, and a daily per-network counter of guest sign-ups, stored as a salted hash, never the network address itself, and a daily count of your Zico AI requests, without their content.
• Payments go through HUAWEI IAP, Moyasar or Google Play; we never see your card details.

We do not sell your data or show ads. When you open some stores we may use an affiliate link that earns us a commission; no data about you is shared and it does not change what Zico suggests.

Everyday skills

Everyday skills: manual expenses, budgets and routines stay on this device and are removed by full data wipe. Only after your consent, planning details, follow-up context, meeting notes and your selected image are sent to your current model; Zico AI processes them via our server and Cloudflare without storing request bodies in our database. Images may contain sensitive information that is not automatically masked; review before sending. Full privacy disables AI processing for these skills. Tasks and reminders are saved only after your review; Android may delay alerts.

Subscriber meeting minutes

When you choose to process meeting audio, it passes through Zico to Cloudflare Workers AI for transcription; the transcript is then processed into draft minutes. Zico does not persist or log audio, transcript or minutes bodies. Limited account, time, duration and processing-status metadata supports quotas and abuse prevention; metadata older than 63 days is periodically purged. Temporary recordings stay in private app storage and are deleted when cleared or the screen closes; your original imported file is not deleted. There is no hidden recording or automatic call attendance. Inform participants and obtain their consent; review drafts before sharing. Cloudflare processing is governed by its data policy. Full privacy mode disables cloud processing for this feature.

Your control

• Zico asks for your approval before anything is sent, paid, booked, deleted or posted, and you can stop any task at once.
• Every permission (notifications, accessibility, location, calendar, contacts, SMS, photos) is optional and can be withdrawn in your phone settings.
• Text written by AI is labelled as AI-generated; review it before relying on it.
• To delete your account from our server, email us from your registered address; we delete it within 30 days.

The app is not directed at children under 13.

ما الذي يفعله التطبيق

Zico مساعد شخصي على الهاتف. يقرأ إشعاراتك (بعد موافقتك على إذن قراءة الإشعارات) ليكتب لك قائمة مهام، ويخبرك بما فاتك، ويحذّرك من رسائل النصب، ويرسل لك ملخصاً يومياً. وعندما تطلب منه مهمة ينفّذها على الشاشة باستخدام خدمة إمكانية الوصول (Accessibility): يقرأ الشاشة ويضغط ويكتب نيابةً عنك، أثناء المهمة فقط.

ما يُحفظ على هاتفك فقط

• الإشعارات التي يقرأها Zico، بعد إخفاء الأكواد وأرقام البطاقات والحسابات وكلمات المرور منها. تُحذف تلقائياً بعد 14 يوماً.
• المهام، والتذكيرات، وتنبيهات النصب، والملخصات، وسجل ما فعله Zico.
• الذاكرة: معلومات تطلب من Zico تذكّرها، وملاحظات يستنتجها من بياناتك (مثل أوقات نشاطك أو نمط مصروفاتك) مع الدليل عليها. يمكنك حذف أي ملاحظة منها.
• المصروفات المستخرجة من إشعارات البنوك والمحافظ ورسائلها (بعد إذن الرسائل إن فعّلته).
• مفتاح الذكاء الاصطناعي الخاص بك، ورموز الربط مع Telegram وNotion إن أضفتها.

تبقى النسخ المحفوظة من هذه البيانات على هاتفك. قد تُرسل الأجزاء اللازمة لمعالجة طلبك أو استخراج المهام إلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي كما هو موضح أدناه. يمكنك حذفها كلها من التطبيق: «النشاط والخصوصية» ← «امسح كل بياناتي من الموبايل».

ما يُرسل، ولمن

• مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي الذي تختاره (مثل Google Gemini أو OpenAI أو Anthropic أو DeepSeek أو غيرها) باستخدام مفتاحك أنت: نص طلبك، ومحتوى الشاشة أثناء المهمة (النصوص الظاهرة، وأحياناً صورة الشاشة)، ومجموعات من الإشعارات بعد تنقيتها ليستخرج منها المهام. يُرسل مباشرة من هاتفك ولا يمر بخوادم Zico، ويخضع لسياسة خصوصية المزوّد.
• ذكاء Zico (إن لم تضف مفتاح ذكاء اصطناعي خاصاً بك): طلباتك إلى ذكاء Zico (رسالتك، وآخر المحادثة، ونصوص الشاشة اللازمة أثناء تنفيذ المهمة، وما يحتاجه سؤالك فقط من بيانات هاتفك — مثل ملخص مصروفاتك إن سألت عنها — ومجموعات الإشعارات بعد تنقيتها لاستخراج المهام؛ مع إخفاء الأكواد وأرقام البطاقات والحسابات) تمر عبر خادم Zico إلى Cloudflare Workers AI للحصول على الرد. لا تُحفظ ولا تُسجَّل؛ يُحفظ فقط عدد يومي للطلبات. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك من التطبيق بتفعيل «خصوصية كاملة»، وعندها يستخدم Zico الميزات التي تعمل على الهاتف فقط أو مفتاحك الخاص.
• الطقس ومواقيت الصلاة (اختياري): موقع تقريبي (منزلتان عشريتان، نحو كيلومتر) إلى MET Norway وAladhan.
• أسعار العملات: طلب عام إلى ExchangeRate-API بلا أي بيانات عنك.
• Telegram أو Notion أو رابط Webhook (اختياري): يُرسل إليها فقط ما تراه وتوافق عليه، وإلى الحساب أو الرابط الذي أضفته أنت.
• الحافظة ولقطات الشاشة: تُقرأ الحافظة عندما تطلب ذلك. قد تُقرأ صورة الشاشة التي تختارها، أو تُلتقط الشاشة أثناء مهمة تبدأها عندما يحتاجها المزوّد الذي تستخدمه. إخفاء نص حقول كلمات المرور لا يضمن إخفاء المعلومات الظاهرة في الصور؛ لا تستخدم المهام المصوّرة على شاشات تحتوي أسراراً.
• خادم Zico يحفظ فقط: بريدك الإلكتروني إن سجّلت الدخول (أو حساب ضيف مرتبط بمعرّف الجهاز)، ومعرّف الجهاز، وعدد المهام المجانية المستخدمة، وحالة اشتراكك ومعرّفات عمليات الشراء، وعدّاداً يومياً لحسابات الضيف لكل شبكة يُحفظ بقيمة مشفّرة لا بعنوان الشبكة نفسه، وعدّاداً يومياً لطلباتك إلى ذكاء Zico دون محتواها.
• المدفوعات تتم عبر HUAWEI IAP أو Moyasar أو Google Play؛ لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك.

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نعرض إعلانات. عند فتح بعض المتاجر قد نستخدم رابط إحالة يمنحنا عمولة، دون مشاركة أي بيانات عنك، ولا يؤثر ذلك على اقتراحات Zico.

مهارات يومك

مهارات يومك: المصروفات اليدوية والميزانيات والروتين محفوظة محليًا وتُحذف بالمسح الكامل. بعد موافقتك فقط، تُرسل تفاصيل التخطيط والمتابعة وملاحظات الاجتماع والصورة المختارة إلى نموذجك الحالي؛ نموذج زيكو يعالجها عبر خادمنا وCloudflare دون حفظ محتوى الطلب في قاعدة خادمنا. الصور قد تحتوي معلومات حساسة لا تُخفى تلقائيًا؛ راجع الصورة قبل إرسالها. وضع الخصوصية الكاملة يمنع معالجة هذه المهارات بالذكاء السحابي. حفظ المهام والتذكيرات بعد مراجعتك فقط، وقد يؤخر أندرويد التنبيهات.

محاضر الاجتماعات للمشتركين

عند اختيارك معالجة تسجيل اجتماع، يُرسل الصوت عبر خادم Zico إلى Cloudflare Workers AI لتفريغه، ثم يُرسل التفريغ لإنتاج مسودة محضر. لا نخزّن الصوت أو التفريغ أو المحضر في قاعدة بيانات خادمنا ولا نسجّل محتواها؛ تبقى بيانات استخدام محدودة (الحساب، وقت المعالجة، المدة والحالة) لمنع إساءة الاستخدام وحساب الحصة، وتُنظّف السجلات الأقدم من 63 يومًا دوريًا. التسجيل المؤقت داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة ويُحذف عند مسحه أو إغلاق الصفحة؛ اختيار ملف أصلي لا يحذفه من جهازك. لا يوجد تسجيل خفي أو انضمام تلقائي للمكالمات. احصل على علم وموافقة المشاركين، وراجع المحضر قبل مشاركته. يظل المحتوى خاضعًا لسياسة معالجة البيانات لدى Cloudflare. وضع «خصوصية كاملة» يمنع المعالجة السحابية لهذه الميزة.

تحكّمك

• يطلب Zico موافقتك قبل أي إرسال أو دفع أو حجز أو حذف أو نشر، ويمكنك إيقاف أي مهمة فوراً.
• كل إذن (الإشعارات، إمكانية الوصول، الموقع، التقويم، جهات الاتصال، الرسائل، الصور) اختياري ويمكن سحبه من إعدادات الهاتف.
• تُعلَّم النصوص التي يكتبها الذكاء الاصطناعي بأنها مكتوبة بالذكاء الاصطناعي؛ راجعها قبل الاعتماد عليها.
• لحذف حسابك من خادمنا راسلنا من بريدك المسجّل، ونحذفه خلال 30 يوماً.

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
